Terms and Conditions for 6ixx Lounge Online Ordering

Welcome to the online ordering platform for 6ixx Lounge! Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order. By using this service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

  1. General Information
  • Service Description: Our online ordering system allows you to place orders for food, beverages, and other products from our menu for pickup at our physical location at 4317 Dyer Street, El Paso Texas 79930.
  • Age Restriction: You must be at least 21 years of age to order or purchase alcoholic beverages. By placing an order for alcohol, you confirm that you and the person receiving the order are of legal drinking age. We reserve the right to request valid photo identification upon pickup.
  • Menu and Pricing: All prices are in USD Currency and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our menu and pricing, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel any orders placed with incorrect pricing.
  1. Order Placement and Processing
  • Order Confirmation: An order is not considered accepted until you receive an email or on-screen confirmation with your order number or via receipt. Please keep this for your records.
  • Payment: All payments must be made online at the time of order placement using the methods provided (e.g., credit card, debit card). We do not accept cash payments for online orders.
  • Finality of Order: Once an order is submitted and payment is processed, it is considered final. Due to the nature of our business and the preparation of fresh food and beverages, we cannot make any changes or modifications to your order. This includes, but is not limited to, adding or removing items, changing quantities, or altering preparation instructions.
  1. Refunds and Cancellations
  • No Refunds: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:
    • Change of mind.
    • Incorrect items ordered by the customer.
    • Late arrival for pickup.
    • Dissatisfaction with the product (taste, temperature, etc.).
    • Failure to pick up the order.
  • No Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed and payment has been processed.
  1. Pickup
  • Pickup Time: You will be provided with an estimated pickup time. This is an estimate, and actual pickup times may vary based on business volume. We will do our best to have your order ready as close to the estimated time as possible.
  • Responsibility for Pickup: It is your responsibility to pick up your order within a reasonable timeframe after the estimated time that you have chosen. We are not responsible for the quality of food or beverages that are not picked up promptly.
  • Order Abandonment: Any order not picked up within the timeframe of the hours listed or first, the hours will be considered abandoned. No refund will be issued, and the items will be disposed of.
  1. Limitation of Liability
  • Allergies and Dietary Restrictions: While we take precautions, our kitchen is not free from common allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, and soy. We cannot guarantee that any item is free of allergens. Please inform us of any allergies but understand that you consume our products at your own risk. We are not liable for any allergic reactions.
  • Errors and Omissions: We are not responsible for any typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions on our website or menu.
  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations if such delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
  1. Privacy
  • We respect your privacy. Any personal information you provide will be used solely for the purpose of processing your order and will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary to complete the transaction (e.g., payment processor).
  1. Governing Law
  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas and the United States of America. Any dispute arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of El Paso, Texas.
  1. Changes to Terms
  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be posted on our website. Your continued use of the service constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
